Quality Manager (Stockton)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager based within our Stockton Facility.
Responsible for all aspects of quality across the manufacturing process, supporting total quality and HSE best practices.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Knowledge and experience of AS 9100 / ISO 9001 and the ability to manage the quality system to satisfy Aerospace requirements.
• Effective communication with customers / suppliers and manufacturing personnel
• Team player, self motivated with a hands on approach
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving
• Proven ability to manage & coordinate internal, 3rd party and customer audits
• Develop implement and monitor corrective / preventive action and activities
• Experience of route cause analysis and corrective action
• Leading the on-site review of QMS development
• Experience of creating quality plans
• Identify training requirements to develop quality personnel.
Aerospace / Oil and Gas industries experience is preferred.

Manufacturing Engineer (CCVNC Programmer - Stockton)
Principal Duties
Supports manufacturing cells with technical skills in methods and programming of complex parts involving multi-process operations.
• Product process methods sheets which identify best man/machine utilisation. Providing process methods which are concise and accurate in defining efficient quality part production. Identify and source most appropriate tooling.
• Produce product set-up sheets which minimise part set-up and maximise machine productivity.
• Define production times which are achievable and ensure origin quotation process times.
• Produce tooling layout sheets by operation, define qualifying lengths and diameters to allow tool pre-setting.
• Produce CNC programmes for all primary machine tools, i.e. Horizontal Borers, Vertical Turning Lathes.
• Design and arrange jig and fixture manufacture which allows reduction in process run times and quality improvements.
• Support as part of a team, process improvements to ensure minimum product cost and maximise throughput.
• In line with capital spend plans complete justifications in conjunction with Plant Manager for Senior Management Approval.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Must be time-served engineer qualified to HNC or equivalent, with experience in:
• Method Engineering
• Estimating manufacturing times from drawings
• Programming CNC machines
• Jig and tool design
• Relevant IT experience (Edgecam, Pathtrace, Solidworks, )
Aerospace / Oil and Gas industries experience is preferred.

Account Manager (Sales) - Stockton
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major customer accounts in an engineering environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively sell, in a creative manner.
• Provide customers with accurate quotations.
• Complete contract review.
• Update pipeline (closure on quotes.)
• Provide overview of accounts and prepare reports as required.
GENERIC SKILLS
• Previous experience of estimating, using customer specifications.
• PC Literate, with the ability to work with multiple packages.
• Well developed organisational skills.
• Good telephone manner.
• Ability to communicate at various levels, both internally and externally.
• Be able to plan business priorities.
• Ability to built and maintain good business relationships.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Experience of working in office environment (desirable.)
• Team player.
• Ability to use own initiative.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Apprenticeship in Engineering.
Aerospace / Oil and Gas industries experience is preferred.
