Project Management
AT KRG our experts will work alongside our customers and, where appropriate, our global partners to provide a seamless transition from a project’s conception, sourcing of raw materials through to final assembly and testing.
Like any human undertaking, projects need to be performed and delivered under certain constraints.
KRG assigns professional project managers to plan, monitor and control all aspects of the project and the motivation of all those involved in it to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance.
Each project commences with a detailed Terms of Reference which defines the:
• Vision, objectives, scope and deliverables (i.e. what has to be achieved)
• Stakeholders, roles and responsibilities (i.e. who will take part in it)
• Resource, financial and quality plans (i.e. how it will be achieved)
• Work breakdown structure and schedule (i.e. when it will be achieved)
The project plan sets out a roadmap for the project. It gives the project team a clear path for the progression of the project, by stating what needs to be achieved, by whom and when. The project team then create a suite of deliverables which conform to the requirements, scope and constraints set out in this document.
