Manufacturing Facilities
KRG Industries has three major engineering facilities, each with their own expertise and highly-skilled staff.
Douglas: Some 75 staff with experience in subsea system components and surface wellhead components work out of our 65,000 sq ft workshop at Douglas where they operate 20 CNC Machines providing an engineering capacity of 125,000 hrs. Douglas currently holds the following, ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 (Certified by SGS), IIP (Investors in People) and are on the AVL of all our major customers although none of them issue Certificates as such. We are also members of Scottish Engineering.
Coatbridge: Almost 95 experienced staff work out of Coatbridge, which has 95,000 sq ft of space and 30 CNC machines providing a capacity of 210,000 hrs and capable of dealing with a variety of small and medium sized projects. Coatbridge currently holds the following, ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 (Certified by SGS), IIP (Investors in People) and are on the AVL of all our major customers although none of them issue Certificates as such. We are also members of Scottish Engineering.
Stockton: Around 40 skilled staff operate out of our 32,000 sq ft facilities at Stockton, Cleveland operating a variety of precision machining, 5-axis machining, multi-axis machining, and high-speed machining tools. Stockton are currently ISO9001:2000 and AS9100 (Lloyds Register) they all also hold certification from Messier Dowty and Rolls Royce PLC and Rolls Royce Deutschland.
